ChromaSig is an unsupervised learning method to search for common patterns ("motifs") of histone modifications. Chromasig was proposed by Gary Hon et al.
The input data format can be BED or WIG. Please upload multiple data files(usually each file contains the data of a specific ChIP-Seq mark).
ChromaSig output some clusters, each cluster contains a set of enriched locations and they share similar patterns among data marks.
