	STAR Pipeline STAR pipeline is a web-based platform for high throughput sequencing data management and data analysis(such as ChIP-Seq, RNA-Seq). Those high volume sequencing data are mainly from three major sequencing platform:Illumina Genome Analyzer, Life Technologies ABI SOLiD, and Roche's 454 GS FLX. The analysis of ChIP-Seq(RNA-Seq) data are rather complicated because there are many tasks should be completed and many methods can be involved in. The implementation of AutoGenome is dedicated to provide a user friendly pipeline which covers almost all the stages of ChIp-Seq routine data analysis. Pipeline Modules
